Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Services

We use trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and FedEx.

The delivery service available for your order will depend on the size, weight and delivery destination of the item.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where applicable, please provide photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier and resolve it promptly.
