If you need to return an item, please read the information below carefully before sending anything back to us.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund,
you must notify us and return the item within this 30-day period.
This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging must be included where applicable.
- The item must not be damaged, modified or altered.
- The item must not show signs of installation, programming, coding or use.
Product Compatibility

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The item was damaged in transit.
- We supplied the wrong item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item. We cannot be held responsible
for items lost during return transit.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before returning it. This allows us to review the issue
and advise you on the correct next steps.
Information We May Request
To help us investigate a faulty item claim, we may request:
- Photographs of the item.
- Diagnostic fault codes or diagnostic reports.
- Details of installation.
- Confirmation that the item was installed by a qualified technician.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
