Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About us

This website is operated by SASAUTO PARTS & ACCESSORIES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Registered office:
185 Forum House,
Empire Way,
Wembley,
HA9 0HL,
United Kingdom

Company Number: 09282676

UK VAT Number: GB247166789

Email: sales@sasauto.eu

In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SASAUTO PARTS & ACCESSORIES LTD. “You” and “your” mean the customer placing an order through our website.

2. Scope of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of vehicle parts, accessories, components and related products through our online store.

We sell both to consumers and, where applicable, to business customers. Some rights described in these Terms & Conditions apply only to consumers. If you buy goods wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a business customer and different rules may apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

3. Product information and compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe all products accurately, including their condition, part numbers, reference numbers, compatibility information and images where available.

Vehicle parts can vary depending on model year, engine code, trim level, registration date, chassis number, VIN, manufacturer updates and previous modifications. Any compatibility information shown on our website is provided as guidance only and must be checked carefully before purchase.

Where we display OE numbers, OEM numbers, manufacturer references, replacement references or compatibility lists, these are provided to help identify the correct part. They do not necessarily mean that the product is manufactured by the original vehicle manufacturer unless this is expressly stated in the product description.

It is your responsibility to check that the product is suitable for your vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order and provide as much information as possible, including the vehicle registration number, VIN, make, model, engine size, engine code and any part numbers from the original component.

Images are for identification and illustration purposes. The actual product may differ slightly from the image where this does not affect its essential function, compatibility or description.

4. Product condition

Products may be new, used, reconditioned, refurbished, remanufactured, aftermarket, genuine, OEM or OE-equivalent, depending on the product listing.

The condition of each product will be stated in the product description where applicable. Used, reconditioned, refurbished or remanufactured parts may show signs of previous use, storage, handling or testing, but they should be fit for the purpose described unless clearly stated otherwise.

If a product is sold as used, it is not sold as new and may have cosmetic marks, scratches or signs of wear. Such cosmetic marks do not necessarily make the product faulty if the product remains functional and as described.

5. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, prices include UK VAT at the current rate unless the website states otherwise. VAT invoices can be provided where required.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected products from us.

After you place an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, the product is unavailable, the price or description contains an obvious error, payment has not been authorised, delivery is not possible, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will not usually be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, declined or suspected to be unauthorised, we may cancel the order, suspend dispatch or request additional verification.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the areas and countries shown at checkout. Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed before you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, events outside our reasonable control or any other circumstances beyond our control.

You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery details supplied by you.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, not collected, or the address was incorrect, we may charge reasonable re-delivery costs or deduct reasonable costs from any refund, except where the failed delivery was caused by our error.

9. Risk and ownership

For consumer customers, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for the goods and any applicable delivery charges.

10. Checking goods on delivery

Please check your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the parcel appears damaged on arrival, please take photographs of the packaging before opening it and keep all packaging materials. If the product itself is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

Failure to notify us immediately does not remove your statutory rights, but prompt notice helps us investigate courier damage and resolve the issue more quickly.

11. Consumer right to cancel online orders

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or someone nominated by you, receive the goods.

If your order is delivered in several parts or on different days, the cancellation period will usually end 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.

To cancel an order, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can do this by emailing us at sales@sasauto.eu and providing your name, order number, address, contact details and details of the goods you wish to return.

You may use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you do not have to use that form.

12. Returning goods after cancellation

If you cancel an order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

You should return goods using a secure, trackable and adequately insured delivery service. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Goods should be returned in a clean, complete and resaleable condition, with all accessories, fittings, labels, packaging and documentation where reasonably possible.

13. Refunds after cancellation

If you cancel your order as a consumer within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the extra cost of that premium delivery service.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will usually make the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless we agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

14. Exceptions to the cancellation right

The cancellation right may not apply to certain goods, including goods made to your specification, personalised goods, special-order items, custom-programmed electronic units, or goods that are clearly tailored to your specific vehicle or requirements.

The cancellation right may also be affected where sealed goods are opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health, safety, security or legal reasons.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the standards required by law.

15. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@sasauto.eu with your order number, photographs where relevant and a clear explanation of the issue.

As a consumer, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. If goods do not meet these requirements, you may have a legal right to reject them, request a repair or replacement, or receive a refund or price reduction depending on the circumstances.

If a product develops a fault, we may ask you to provide evidence of the fault and may require the product to be returned for inspection or testing.

If we confirm that the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights. This may include repair, replacement, refund or reimbursement of reasonable return postage.

16. Incorrectly ordered parts

If you order the wrong part, or the part is not compatible with your vehicle because of information that you supplied incorrectly or failed to check, this will usually be treated as a change-of-mind return rather than a faulty product return.

In that situation, if you are a consumer and the legal cancellation period applies, you may still be able to return the product under your cancellation rights, but you will usually be responsible for return postage and the product must be returned in suitable condition.

If you are unsure about compatibility before ordering, please contact us before purchase.

17. Fitting and installation

Vehicle parts should be fitted only by a competent person or qualified mechanic using appropriate tools and procedures.

We are not responsible for damage, loss, injury, labour charges, diagnostic charges, recovery costs, coding costs, programming costs or other consequential costs caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, poor maintenance, unsuitable installation, vehicle faults, contamination, lack of calibration, or failure to follow manufacturer procedures.

Some electronic parts, modules, sensors, keys, ECUs, control units and safety-related parts may require coding, programming, calibration or adaptation to the vehicle. Unless expressly stated otherwise, coding, programming and fitting services are not included in the product price.

18. Safety-critical parts

Some products sold by us may be safety-critical components, including braking, steering, suspension, airbag, fuel, electrical or engine management parts.

You must ensure that such parts are checked and installed by a competent person. A vehicle should not be used on the road if a part has been fitted incorrectly or if there is any doubt about safety, compatibility or correct operation.

We may refuse a return or warranty claim where damage has been caused by incorrect fitting, unsafe use, modification, contamination, accident damage or use outside the intended application.

19. Warranty

Where a product includes a manufacturer warranty or our own limited warranty, the warranty period and terms will be stated in the product description, invoice or warranty information supplied with the product.

Any warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty cover does not usually apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, accident damage, contamination, water damage, electrical overload, modified vehicles, racing or motorsport use, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow fitting instructions and manufacturer procedures.

We may ask for evidence of professional fitting, diagnostic reports, fault codes, photographs, return of the product for testing, or other reasonable information before assessing a warranty claim.

20. Used and reconditioned parts

Used, reconditioned, refurbished or remanufactured parts may have previous service history and cosmetic wear. Their expected lifespan may differ from that of a new part.

Where a used or reconditioned part is sold with a limited warranty, that warranty covers the function of the part as described. It does not mean that the part is new or free from cosmetic signs of previous use.

21. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer a suitable alternative, a later delivery date or a refund.

We are not obliged to supply an alternative product unless we agree to do so.

22. Product recalls and safety notices

If we become aware of a safety issue, recall or serious product defect affecting a product supplied by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate contact details and to notify us of any important changes where a safety-related issue may require us to contact you.

If you believe a product purchased from us may be unsafe, you should stop using it immediately where safe to do so and contact us at sales@sasauto.eu.

23. Business customers

If you purchase goods as a business customer, you confirm that you are buying for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.

Business customers do not have the same cancellation rights as consumers unless we expressly agree otherwise.

For business customers, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We are not liable to business customers for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of use, labour charges, vehicle downtime, recovery costs, diagnostic costs, installation costs, removal costs, or indirect or consequential losses.

24. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights where such exclusion is not permitted by law, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by incorrect fitting or misuse, or losses arising from your failure to check compatibility before purchase.

For consumer customers, these Terms & Conditions do not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty goods, misdescribed goods or goods that are not fit for purpose.

25. Website content and errors

We try to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability information and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious error in the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered, we may contact you to correct the error, offer you the option to continue with the corrected information, or cancel the order and provide a refund.

26. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, product data, images, layout, graphics, logos and design elements, is owned by us or used under licence unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.

27. Data protection and privacy

We process personal data in order to manage orders, payments, delivery, customer support, returns, legal compliance and related business purposes.

Details of how we collect, use and protect personal data should be set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms a separate document from these Terms & Conditions.

28. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

You can contact us by email at sales@sasauto.eu. Please include your order number, contact details and a clear description of the problem.

We aim to respond to complaints within a reasonable time.

29. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier disruption, strikes, customs delays, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, supplier failure, technical failure, payment system failure, cyber incident, government action or changes in law.

30. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law or a regulator.

31. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and you will not lose any mandatory legal protection that applies to you under the law of your place of residence.

If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or any order placed with us.
